It was really laid back, the internship coordinators are very personable and make the interview pleasant. There were 2 rounds of interviews on the phone. They asked basic questions like how I would apply my experience to the internship. I would recommend researching Weber Shandwick before hand because that really impressed them.

The interview process consisted of a phone conversation with the recruiter and then an zoom interview with a couple of people in management. It went pretty decently, but I could tell pretty early on that they weren't interested in my candidacy.
