They don't respect candidate's time. I had three very promising interviews with them up to a VP, continuing the process even while they knew I was on vacation abroad and too great effort to make it work with the time difference. They ghosted, didn't respond to follow ups on the status of the job. Standard these days apparently, but it shouldn't be after 4 hours of somebody's time. Rude, will discourage talent from seeing this as a considerate workplace.
