I applied online. After a week, I received a phone call from the HR. She just asked simple questions about the background. She said she will set up an onsite interview in the following week. When I asked her about the position, she was very impatient.

long, drawn out process but received an offer. Started with a get-to-know-you phone call with the senior analyst , phone call with HR, a more formal phone interview with analyst/ associate, then completed two skills assessments (writing and modeling), and then phone call with director of research . Took 4+ months from initial introduction until offer.
