I met with the GM and then two catering managers after having a phone screening. The location was made very easy to find by the description given by the general manager.

The interview was a simple meeting and a chat about expirence and expectations of the job. It’s was maybe 30 minutes long, it gave me a good impression of the job and I got the see the venue too.
