First step was a brief phone interview with one of the owners/executive followed by in person interview with the two co owners at their office. The in person interview was actually very enjoyable. Good conversation and very friendly people. Casual atmosphere and I felt comfortable with both of them. One of the interviewers in particular was very interested in my background and experience. He asked a lot of relevant questions and showed real interest in the discussion. The other individual was not as engaged and had little to say.
