WAAAAAAY. too complicated. For goodness sake.....I have top secret clearance and this was even more annoying. I was looking for part time work and the whole thing went as follows: Applied at the middle of March got a call back a few weeks later. Then an interview with bakery manager and Hr person. That interview took about an hour or so, Then I was offered the job based on background checks and for whatever reason a consumer report. Which I happen to think is pretty invasive. My credit report is up there but still.....why? Then I got a call back because there was a date discrepancy at another retail job and I had to plead my case. Then days of waiting. All in all.....it took nearly a month and in that time I started another job . Turned them down. It's a shame too because I really did want the job but couldn't wait any longer.

Applied online and was called same day. Phone interview was scheduled for a few days later - it was approximately 30 minutes. the rep talked about the position a lot, there weren't really a lot of questions. Called back same day to set up second interview which was in-person. Very positive experience speaking with store HR manager and Bakery supervisor.
