The Hiring process is a bit long in my opinion. Three to four long interviews. Basic questions, common knowledge, what if....kind of questions and what would you do, how are you going to be apart of the Wegmans family. Once hired, theres team meetings and video clips of "what should you do" Did i mention the Wegmans cheer. OH MY !!

None- The difficulty was the stress of the hiring process. Waiting for the initial call, which can take some time, waiting for the interviews, and waiting to see if you get hired.
