Most bizarre interview ever, I was interviewed by the department manager and an HR person, neither of them ever looked at me, when they asked a question and I answered all they did was write everything I said word for word down. There was no interaction with me other then asking me questions and writing. You needed to know all of the Wegmans mantra, their core values and 5 S,s etc. you would not get hired without that knowledge.
