You will first interview with HR, and then interview with the director of the department. They will ask you about behavioral questions. And last time, they also gave me a project to evaluate the market.

How do you think that you are qualified enough for this job?
When you go to work, you are the most junior employee, when you find some problem about production how can you persuade other workers with more experience?
