Professional, until it wasn't, communications stopped, after being told I was MORE than Qualified (and I am), they gave me job offered pay info, kept meeting people, then nothing, weeks later reached out and got "I didn't meet their qualifications for the position", WHAT I didn't reach was the lower pay than offered. I sure misjudged the persons involved. Turned down 3 jobs playing this game. Lesson learned.
