The interview was straightforward and obvious. Mostly behavioral questions and a simple editing test. Meet with both HR and a few people in the BD team. Everyone seemed nice and friendly.

Met with recruiting manager and was assigned a writing test for the role. Spoke with the recruiting manager about my interest in the role. Afterward, I met with the manager for the role and she was completely dismissive and standoffish throughout the interview. She spoke about her experience at my current firm and claimed that I am too junior for the role, even though she didn't ask me much about my experience. Seems like if she thought I was junior, that would be notable by looking at my resume way before the interview.
