You show up in person, professional attire. Direct speaking towards the interviewer, one to one. Occurred in store in a secluded area: mine personally took place in the beer cafe, May move around.

Called in for interview about two weeks after application was submitted. Two interviews on the same day and a simple, useless aptitude test about issues such as illegal dug use and personal integrity. Orientation began less than a week after the interview and then work started about three days later.

Interviewed with 2 assistant managers. They asked a lot of standard, cookie cutter interview questions. It lasted about a half hour. This was an organized interview of all employees during a takeover of a different grocery chain. They were most interested in my experience with produce/grocery store work. One of the interviewers was eating during the interview, so it was quite casual.
