Answered ad on craigslist, was low-balled on wages at first, got a little more by negotiating. Promised a lot of hours . Easy going with a few questions about experience and qualifications. Advancment was possible and benifets were competitive. Asked about longterm goals and expectations. Very simple and organic, no suprise tests or odd request. Hours were explained and a position was offered on the spot.
