Contacted by phone for initial phone interview. Followed by in-person interview on premises with CEO and senior manager. References from at least one professional contact and one from clergy were required. I should note that experience in the field was not required but that I was expected to acquire the necessary knowledge by attending workshops and various conferences. The company has not developed effective psychometric tests and a questionnaire designed to eliminate candidates who either do not posses the necessary skill set or have personality disorders.
