Candidate beware:
I went through the entire process with nothing but positive feedback. They spoke to my referrals who they said were great. When it came to decision time, they let me know they decided not to even hire for this role. I don't understand why a company would waste so much of someone's time then make this decision. To me, this screams massive miscommunication internally.

The recruiters I worked with were super communicative, the process was efficient and smooth every step of the way. The interview process was fairly straightforward, with a demo of the platform/product, a live technical portion, several mock/roleplaying exercises, as well as behavioral and situational-based questions with the founders.
