Process was positive and inviting. Asked a lot of scenario type questions but made it feel like a conversation. Quick and not a lot of extra. Only problem was HR wasn’t clear on where to go and how to check in initially. Had to ask someone where to go but they were nice, told me where to go and wished me luck.

You do a phone questionnaire and if the hiring manager is interested you do an in-person interview. Depending on circumstance you may do 1 or 2 in-person interview but they try to just do 1.
