1:1 with hiring manager and occasionally with some staff where staff get to know if you will be a good fit and experience a little bit of your personality. Staff tells you a little bit about what is involved regarding the job because it is different from most other positions.

The managers were very nice. I got to speak with him directly. They allowed me to answer questions and then get time at the end of interview to ask questions as well. They seemed very supportive and nice.
