The first phone conversation was mostly about the pay structure to confirm interest, and was followed by three rounds of interviews with the team (all remote). Throughout the process the recruiter and everyone else I spoke with were very professional. Pretty much always responded to emails within a day, showed up for phone interviews on time, all the good things.
