My interview experience was positive. The panel was friendly, approachable, and helped create a calm atmosphere. The questions were relevant to the Lab Assistant role and covered both role fit and technical experience. They asked about teamwork, handling challenging situations, previous cell culture experience, and how my practical laboratory skills matched the role. Although I was not selected, the feedback was encouraging. I was told that I performed well, but the successful candidate had more direct stem cell experience, while my experience was mainly in primary cell culture.

Mainly it consists of 10 questions which depend on job purpose and some HR questions. After the application through their website, within one month they will announce whether we qualified for the interview. Mine was on on-site interview.
