I had an extremely short interview for a senior executive position that felt like it wasn't really a serious interview. I was interviewed by the hiring manager and asked simple generic questions.

Great communication, it did involve taking a PI assessment but the coordination and communication was seamless. At the end I had to submit a work sample and did not move forward in the process as they selected another candidate.
