I applied for this internship online by searching their career section. After I applying, I heard back via email about a month and a half later. To be honest, since it took so long for them to get back to me I had assumed that I hadn't been selected for an internship. I did one phone interview with the recruiter. My recruiter was awesome, he gave me tips on what the hiring managers would ask and how I should answer them. After my interview with him, I had a second phone interview with the hiring manager and VP for the region. They asked me to describe problems I had faced in the past and how I overcame them. They also asked me to describe a challenge in the workplace and how I went about solving it. Make sure you prepare for this interview, you will look foolish if you don't.
