The interview was performed with two managers providing questions. It was fairly standard. The interview questions were typical. Questions ranged from "how did you go above and beyond in customer service in a previous position" and "how would you describe your abilities being compatible with this position."

It was a phone call pretty quick and simple, asked about my availability and tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset customer. Tell me how you multitask and work with different computer screens.

easy, had 1 interview and 1 phone screening. The questions with hiring manager were at STAR based questions. The phone screening had a few questions but not too much. It was an easier interview but the 1:1 I was kind of nervous. Both interviews were over the phone.
