at first, i applied the job online, then the website offered me a 1-800 number and asked me to call. during the phone interview, they simply asked me about my past customer service experience and what motivates me to achieve my goal. In the end of phone interview, they scheduled me for a group interview. the group interview was pretty much like the phone view, like share the past working experience with others. i waited about 3 days, then they called me up for another interview at branch. this time the manager asked me more detialed question about my past working experience. In the end, Well fargo sent me an email said i was not match for their postion. BS.
First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.
