Investment banking (IB) interviews are rigorous, multi-round processes focusing on technical proficiency, behavioral fit, and high endurance. They typically start with screening calls followed by multiple, 30–45 minute one-on-one interviews with junior and senior bankers (Associates, VPs) designed to test your finance knowledge, mental stamina, and ability to handle intense pressure.

The interview process was quite easy. For the CBO role, I had 1 hirevue and 1 interview with a team member. I felt the process was easy and enjoyed meeting people on the team.
