The interview process at Wells Fargo was professional and thorough, involving multiple stages. In the panel interview, I was interviewed by a panel, and they were knowledgeable and focused on both technical skills and career aspirations. We discussed various technical topics such as Java streams, .NET Framework vs .NET Core, and web service security. They also asked about my previous projects and experiences, which allowed me to demonstrate my skills and qualifications. The atmosphere was positive, and I felt respected and valued throughout the discussion.

They had 3 rounds.
1) Pre screening hackerrank test.
2) The 1st round tested coding skills in which they asked to solve 2 leetcode medium questions with interviewer on call.
3) Managerial round being about past projects and managerial questions.
The interview was good. After the behavioral questions I got asked a bunch of OOP and high level system design questions. The interviewer was polite throughout and gave me hints when I was stuck or couldn't remember something specifically.

The recruiter was helpful and professional, and took the time to explain the process and the role in detail.
However, my experience with the hiring manager was less positive. During the conversation it felt like the communication style was quite condescending, with an assumption that others lacked understanding of the topics being discussed.
Overall, the recruiting process itself was organized well, but the interaction with the hiring manager made me reconsider whether this would be the right team environment for me.
