Went through a consulting company and the communication was great. Wellspring was very laid back with their process and very open to what they wanted. The phone interview was a get to know you kinda thing, follow by a coding test. The coding test was easy and they are looking for work that stands out not for work that can be finished, hence the level of the questions.
