The company contacted me first by looking at my resume on a job search website. It sent me an email first and also called me to see if I was interested. The recuiters asked me to come in for an interview and it was a very fast and easy process.

The first interview was a phone call. Then an in person group interview. At the end we were given a very easy test. I think everyone I interviewed with got an offer.
