the interview process for the assistant manager position at wendy's in california was way too long. i needed a job bad but they took me through many meetings, phone calls and interviews with multiple people that took over three weeks. i can not be out of a job for that long with no money! everyone was nice to me but it didn't seem like people loved their job.

Multiple step interview process with both the GM and District management. Asking about experience and availability. The interviews are pretty easy and not very formal. It does help to dress nicely though.

Interview started late and the whole process seemed very dismissive. I was very enthusiastic at the opportunity but it seemed like they were doing the interview because they had to.

They looked at my resume and we went it that and told me a little about the position and what they expect and found out a little about me. I have to do the unboarding process next
