Met with Manager who was very nice and she asked the general questions as to who I am, where I've worked, and any experience I had. She was very warm & welcoming, and not once did I feel overwhelmed or nervous.

Multiple step interview process with both the GM and District management. Asking about experience and availability. The interviews are pretty easy and not very formal. It does help to dress nicely though.
Interview started late and the whole process seemed very dismissive. I was very enthusiastic at the opportunity but it seemed like they were doing the interview because they had to.

They looked at my resume and we went it that and told me a little about the position and what they expect and found out a little about me. I have to do the unboarding process next
