Simple straight forward process and the guys are very easy to get along with especially rich, Ben goes in deep to really try find out who you are which I feel gets a bit personal and intense which was completely unexpected

Wenham Carter are a market leading recruiter and as such are very thorough with who they employ. I had one initial phone interview followed by 3 face to face interviews but unfortunately was unsuccessful. I met many of the team and have to say both the staff and the atmosphere they created were great.
