Completely backwards, seems everyone and anyone could get the job. But if you fail you immediately know your job is on the line based off what they tell you in the “interview”

3 people in one interview. Several questions asked and a PowerPoint was shown. Had opportunity for all to speak and have input. Was very different but effective. Had to to do discussions amongst other people getting interviewed and overall not an easy interview but no pressure during the interview at all.

Telephone call followed by a group interview over zoom 3 days later. Training session via zoom with training with a fundraising manager. The whole process took about a week and I got offered a job via a phone call from head office which was a nice touch.
