Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela West Coast Dental em mai. de 2019
Entrevista
They Came to the university and set me up for an online video interview. That was scheduled 15 days in advance and at the last minute became a telephone Interview, During the conversation the asked me of my background and my work experience, the bottom line was how much I can handle in a High volume practice, and what type of dentistry I did. The interviewer seemed concerned if I would be fast enough and I felt pressured from the get-go to just say "I'm the fastest handpiece this side of the Mississippi".
I am in an IDP so I do have the experience, but the interview was basically focused on how fast I work not on how good, or what can I bring to their practice, or quality of treatment or basically anything else. Please check the question.... which baffled me..... at the end of the interview I was asked if I had a question for them.... of course, I did... I asked, "Why should I work for you and not for your competition?" Safe to say... I am not considering them at all for you to know how they answered.

Applied online. Recruiter called (without identifying herself). Working interview immediately (red flag) at a location I never applied to that was far away. On the day of no one knew who I was. No one was helpful or showed me around. A staff member yelled at me for refusing to do unethical stuff. They didn't give me a lunch break.
