After speaking with a team member at a career fair, I received a 1:1 interview with a Managing Director. This interview was very straight forward, and I was asked questions regarding what I knew about consulting/WMP, where I saw myself in 5 years, and how I thought I would contribute to a consulting team. I was told I would move on to the next round and received an email two weeks later inviting me to an office interview. They covered all travel expenses which was very generous. The office interview lasted about 8 hours and consisted of two 1:1 interviews (case and "fit"), lunch, and a lot of presentations. The two interviews were on par with what you would expect from a consulting firm-- preparation is key.
