Entrevista
Two rounds of phone screens then one round of formal (remote) interview. Interviews focused on: fit and case study. Questions were not technical, mostly just evaluating behaviors and soft skills. Case was very open ended and had deliverable of slide deck within 48 hours.
5 interviews. 1 skills with head of group. 1 case. 1 skills with a team member. 2 behaviorals with 2 team members. Overall not very difficult as long as you prepare.

Interviewers were friendly and communication/updates from talent acquisitions team were provided quickly (usually within 3 business days of previous interview)

Typical Management Consultant interview process with 4 total interviews that lasted around a month. The process was average and the case study was straight forward and not difficult at all.
