Had 3 interviews total in the final round - 1 case and 2 behavioral. They take place back to back over the course of 3 hours. One of the behavioral interviews is focused on your past experiences, the other deals more with your compatibility at West Monroe.

Three interviews with three people in the energy practice, culminating with a partner. Mostly questions and answers, not a lot of casing. Clearly an emphasis on understanding how you think over technical skills and knowledge. Lots of boilerplate interview questions as well.
