Entrevista
Recruiter showed up 8 minutes late to the call. I had to reach out to them to learn they were running late.
Questioning was pretty basic. Recruiter stated I'd need to take two assessments and then "everything would be handed off to hiring manager".
It is a terrible process because there's no one letting you know if they aren't going to move forward with an interview, only if they want to interview.
Recruiter has since ghosted and won't respond to any outreach. I finally got ahold of the hiring manager and they told me the role was filled internally.
Keep in mind, the recruiter said they already searched internally and couldn't find anyone.
Pretty shady and if I had to guess, recruiter was just fulfilling a quota as this was near the end of the month.

Tell me how your last experience correlates to this position.
Had pleasant conversations with HR/ recruiters and then region manager. Then the round with division- level managers was very cold and impersonal, they seemed like they were too busy or otherwise focused. Got positive feedback from them at the end but a rejection email the next day. Felt like I dodged one here!
