Easy process fast no issues with the interview just relax and relax you should pass if you are a great communicator and know how to express yourself and the accomplishments you have

There was an initial phone screening to ensure you are a qualified candidate, which usually goes smoothly. The interviewer will then instruct you to complete an aptitude test and inform you that your resume and any other supporting documents will be sent to the sales manager and general manager for further evaluation. However, I am yet to move forward with this company even after passing the aptitude tet, and even connecting and messaging the general manager for the branch I applied for (who also happened to be an alumni from my alma mater). Overall, very disappointing interview process as it feels that they do not actually want to hire anyone as the same job posting has been vacant for over a year.
