Very basic. Just a chat really. We talked about past jobs and experience, hobbies and goals. I was then given a tour of the facilities where I met higher-ups and was given the opportunity to ask questions. We then talked about aviation experience specifically followed by salary requirements. All said and done it was a fairly elementary interview process

Very easy, all online interviews. Standard interview questions. If you know the basics of aviation you’ll be just fine. Interviewer was very good and knowledgeable. More emphasis was placed upon standard interview questions other than aviation specific.
