Entrevista
Three stage interview - phone interview - face to face w/ at least two employees - and face to face with at least two employees - they sit you in a "comfy" room where you are asked questions off of their script that is at least two pages long. One of my interviews seemed like two of the people didn't even want to be there - they have a client in their interview process - to see how you interact with that person.
