Entrevista
Remote. Answer questions and video interviews all done remotely. Sufficient time to answer questions. Passing each stage helped to progress to the next stage. It was an exciting time though. I hoped to get the job but was a little reluctant due to the salary but it is good to get a job and then grow in it. Westjet has a lot of opportunities for growth so just get in the company first and then grow to other departments and in your career visions.

Give a response to a customer who flight was mistakenly confirmed for a wrong date and was unable to fly even though they had called in to book the flight over the phone.

Entrevista
It was chatty, practical and straight to the point. I got the offer few days later and was glad to work. The training was well detailed, very practical and created a good start for the job.

It was tough. Initial job interview was a screening interview over the phone. This was just a screening interview, I was surprised by the questions and had difficulty coming up with answers.

Positions posted as remote, but then they only provide to locals in case you need to come! Not very remote after all. Applications filters you out. Makes it sound like it's for the airport check-in CSR as oppose to your telephone operator.
