Easy, I went to a job fait hat had recruiters and directors on the spot. You were allowed to speak with different departments based on your interest. I interviewed with director in real time and an offer was sent to me within 2-3 weeks.

I don't feel like I was asked enough questions, I only got asked one question but they were very friendly. Biggest compliant is that they made it seem like I already had the job but I ultimately did not get an offer.
