Scheduled for an interview the day after application was submitted. Responded quickly via phone and job site messaging system. Very welcoming upon arrival. Offered water while waiting. Already had looked over my cover letter, transcripts, resume and application before my arrival. Did round-robin questions related to position with three faculty members. Questions included asking about my educational philosophy, my confidence level in specific areas and my abilities to complete certain tasks. Asked things regarding what-if scenarios about confrontation or tough teachers/teammates when required to be on same page, etc. Lasted about 50 minutes total. Was asked if I had questions for them and explained hiring process. Shown way out and thanked me. Not even an hour after completion of my interview, I was called and emailed about the job offer and told that HR would notify me shortly once I accepted!
