Interview process was very smooth and straightforward. HR explained about how many rounds of interviews will be take place and he promptly arranged all rounds one after other. It was very good experience while interviewing with Western Union. I would like to recommend this employer to others as well. I have accepted the offer and very excited to work with WU.

I applied via job search portal and Western Union recruitment team contacted me and set up a face to face on a weekday. I appeared for the interview and two people interviews me. They asked me about my current project and that was all. There were no follow up questions, there was no technological discussion. The interviewers were bored and least interested and it took about 20 minutes maximum. It was a feeling that they were just doing some kind of formality. I received a negative feedback on the basis of very unfair judgement. I was quite looking forward for WU interview but had really bad experience.

Interview was short and precise. Interviewers were very polite. 1. First phase was HR calling for Resume walkthrough, 2. Then a Simple telephonic screening round (easy angular questions) 3. Was 1:1 rather 1:3 round for face to face.
