I received a referral from a former co-worker. He gave me the contact information for the staffing company placing contractors into this position. I called and set up a phone interview for the same evening. The phone interview lasted approximately 10 minutes and then I was asked to come in for a formal interview the next day. At the conclusion of the 1 on 1 interview I was given an offer which I accepted. The on-line application process was easily completed. Once background check and drug screening were completed I was given a start date.

It was straightforward with a few more scenario based questions regarding my banking background. It was a pretty quick process, recruiter and manager followed by a meeting with two other team members.

Easy interview , background asked and other general questions, was very short and offer received immediately. Initial screening call with recruiter and two follow up interviews with management. Interviews both very similar

One sided interview via the Hirevue app. You don't get to ask questions about the position and its odd. You'd think they be able to take the time and actually interview people as they only want a 5 minute video. Why does the candidate have to be on video to interview? Call the candidate instead. This is a waste of time
