Very thorough and scheduled within a week of hiring manager phone interview. The interviews last 4 hours with a total of 9 people in 5 meetings (including the recruiter). The company has great benefits and are very involved with the local community. They do require you wear a tie to work. The only company I've interviewed with that went through the entire process as it should be. From applying online, to initial HR screening call, to hiring manager call to scheduled interviews to final decision. All within a 3 week period. Amazing how this works. I would only suggest that they do not schedule a lunch interview since I did not eat much and it was noisy in the cafeteria. I would also recommend that they somehow provide some type of feedback besides the typical "going in a different direction for this position".
