20-30 minutes phone interview and then in-person. The HR scheduled an interview with me through email. She missed the first scheduled time and we scheduled another one. I believe this is already considered to be unprofessional. Then at the end of the interview. She asked me about if my pervious experience more related to financial service or IT. I said financial. Then she told me they are looking for someone with more IT background so they are unable to move forward with me. I just cannot agree with this response since I know that for internal auditor position, IT background is not a primary concern. I did not kept explaining whether I have IT background or not with the HR cuz by that point, based on all the experience I had with them, I don't think this is somewhere I want to start my career with.
