The job description wasn't presented until the very end of the interview, which is the reverse of how most interviews are structured. The team uses a public daily ranking board tied to sales volume. It was presented as motivational, but the accompanying comment that "nobody wants to be at the bottom" suggests it can function more as public pressure than encouragement. Candidates who are sensitive to that kind of environment should factor it in. Up front about it being a high-demand and fast-paced job with no downtime between tough calls. At the end of the process, I was redirected toward a different role than the one I interviewed for, which was below my background and qualifications. There was no clear explanation or feedback.
