A very pleasant Recruiter found me online and contacted me. I was interviewed first via phone and then in person. I believe it was the second interview before I met the hiring manager, and he did not really participate in the interview process. At the third interview, it was the same. The hiring manager who would manage me on-site took me around the facility but shared little of how he manages a team, his (extremely negative, as it turns out) opinions on the role, or expectations/ideas for the role.
