Application made online on their portal. Received an online questionnaire that took me approx 2 hours to be done. Received the request for a phone interview with HR first then followed by a face-to-face with a line manager. Background and reference checks are mandatory, and all new employees are required to complete these prior to commencing employment.

it's video interview first and then had a face to face interview. common asked questions, so just be relaxed. The interviewer was nice and what then checked was if your experience and qualifications could be aligned with the requirement and their culture.

Entrevista
Completed online Gallup assessment, and recorded video interview. The received a call from the recruitment team with a screening call, and received an interview 2 days later. Interview was conducted over Teams with two team leaders in the role.
Standard questions were asked, such as about unhappy customers, and weaknesses, as well as a time you used one of your strengths/weaknesses.
Still waiting to hear back about offer.
