Easy, one step interview process. Concentrates on your skill level, work experience, availability, etc . The process includes a background check and urine drug test as well. The entire thing takes anywhere from a few days to a week or more, depending on return time of the background check.

The interview was very informative and I also got a tour of the beautiful facility. They offer many good incentives, and the hourly pay is pretty good. The woman I interviewed with was very nice and gave me a lot of good information on the job.
